Technical Video Analysis JU JITSU, PRICE PER HOUR
I will go through videomaterial from your competition or training, and will give you detailed feedback about the techniques and their biomechanics. I will also look at the timing of the techniques and the grip that is used. I will give you some exercises which you could to improve the techniques as well.
I will need about 1 hour for 2-3 techniques.
PS! the service is a coaching based service. You will receive the feedback, and then I recommend a follow up, about 3-4 weeks later where we look at the new videomaterial. Here we repeat the process from the first session.
