You choose what part of your game or which technique you want to work on. We recommend max 1 technique/ item per training. We will go through all the details and create exercises for your daily training in your club. We recommend a follow PT session within 2-3 weeks or a online follow up through the athlete analyzer platform.
Important that you bring your own UKE if you are not training with one of the group members!
