Personal Training Judo/ Ju Jitsu, Individual (6-9 training sessions)

You choose what part of your game or which technique you want to work on. We recommend max 2 techniques/ items per training. We will go through all the details and create exercises for your daily training in your club. We recommend a follow PT session within 2-3 weeks or a online follow up through the athlete analyzer platform.

Important that you bring your own UKE!
