Using slow motion, graphics, and pausing video analysis techniques, Neil Adams will talk you through your competition telling you what you should work on and how to take it to the next level.
It might be the techniques you are using and how to improve it, or your tactics –maybe you need a different stance, gripping strategy or work to be done on the other side.
There may be a technique that you want to improve and the keen eye and experience of Neil as your personal technical coach will get you there.
